Zhangjiajie Avatar tour

Upon arrival we transfer to our hotel in Zhangjiajie with our local guide and driver.

Take a cable car up Tianzi Mountain, where you will see the mountain peaks thrusting up from below. 

Later, take a public shuttle bus to Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. The mountains and scenery in this area are said to be the inspiration for the movie Avatar's Hallelujah Mountain. And it is the most visited area due to its fame.

The Grand Canyon is a recently developed natural wonderland. The world's longest & highest glass-bottomed bridge is located in this area. Walking along the glass bridge, which is about 300 meters above ground-level is one of the coolest experiences of your tour! (Note: If you prefer not to walk on the bridge, we could take another route to visit the Canyon).

 Enjoy a 30-minute ride in a wooden boat on Baofeng Lake.

After breakfast, visit the highest mountain in Zhangjiajie-Tianmen Mountain. It is also regarded as the “soul” of Zhangjiajie for its graceful ancient trees, karst hillocks and long cliff roads.

After lunch, transfer to the airport and take a flight to Shanghai.
